All of our products are custom-made to order. Depending on order volume, production times typically range from 1-2 weeks before shipment. Once an item is completed, it is usually shipped within 2 business days.

Orders are processed in the sequence they are received to ensure fair and consistent fulfillment for all customers. This approach prevents delays caused by order prioritization and maintains an equitable production schedule.

Leather is a natural material, and every hide is unique, meaning no two products will look exactly the same. This is the beauty of leather—each item carries its own distinct character, including natural variations in texture, grain, and markings. Because of these differences, colours may appear lighter or darker than what is shown in our listings.

Our product photos are taken with professional lighting, which enhances the lighter tones of the leather. While we strive to showcase our products as accurately as possible, variations in colour are to be expected. If a leather hide available at the time differs significantly from the listing, we will do our best to contact you for verification before processing your order.

If a specific leather is unavailable, we may suggest a similar alternative. Leather availability depends on supply and demand, and in some cases, it may take weeks for new stock to arrive. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work with this natural, ever-changing material.
